電控柜由鋼板彎折而成，防水、防塵且具有一定的強度，能支撐電器開關、變頻器、PLC等器件并起到保護作用，表面經防腐處理。
系統由斷路器、變頻器、PLC、傳感器及智能儀表組成，加上必要的連接導線及附件，組成能滿足清洗機的工作條件、操作方便且性能優越。
清洗機的控制由斷路器作電源開關，變頻器和PLC組成控制模塊做功能調節，將壓力和流量信號變換后根據工作需要對變頻器作加速、減速的指令傳遞，并作故障報警用。
清洗機水壓測量數據進入控制模塊后，根據現場工作的水槍數量增加或減少，由變頻器來自動調節的水泵電機的輸出，滿足現場工作需要的水壓和流量。
工作原理：
電源開關：空氣斷路器合上接通380V/50Hz電源，清洗機準備工作。
控制模塊(PLC和變頻器)：實時接收外部信號并根據水槍的開關和清洗機的壓力變化以達到水槍開自動啟動，水槍增加自動提高水泵電機的輸出(或者水槍減少自動降低水泵電機的輸出)，所有水槍關閉后延時停機。
壓力開關：實時監測管內的微差壓力變化并將開關信號輸出到控制模塊。
壓力變送器：實時監測清洗機的壓力變化并轉化為標準信號輸出到控制模塊。

Pressure switch: real-time monitoring tube differential pressure changes and the switch signal output to a control module.
Pressure transmitter: real-time monitoring of cleaning machine pressure changes and transformed into standard signal is output to the control module.
