1.開機前準備工作
(1)檢查抽熱風管鍘刀是否打開。
(2)檢查電源及電機電源，北面進球處是否有異物。
(3)將提升機，輸送架位置是否擺放好。
2.開機順序
(1)打開抽熱風管鍘刀后，打開1號或2號風機，直至有熱風出來。
(2)打開烘干機電機，提升機電機。
(3)運轉正常后將待烘干物品每次一袋倒入北面烘球入口處。
3.關機順序
(1)檢查烘干機內有無物料投出。
(2)先關閉1號或2號風機電源，在把抽熱風管鍘刀關閉。
(3)依次關閉烘干機電源及提升機電源。
4.注意事項
(1)開機烘球時，應先將烘干機運轉一會，看是否有黃球出現。如有出現，應先用廢球倒入烘球投料口，直至烘球出料口無黃色異物等出現，才能正常生產。
(2)如以上辦法還不能解決，應叫機修工把烘干機出料口處蓋子開打，然后進入烘干機內把機內黃球異物等清理出烘干機，清理干凈后把出料口出蓋子蓋好，在運轉試生產。
